Individuals designated under this section, other than elected officials, may also be required to disclose information annually. By executive order, the Mayor may designate for disclosures under this section:any employee of an executive agency; and any uncompensated appointee of the Mayor. By written order, the President of the City Council may designate for disclosures under this section:any employee of the City Council; and any uncompensated appointee of the President. An individual filing a statement under this section must include the relevant information that the applicable designating authority specifies. A statement filed under this section is a public record.
