§ 7-18 Blind trusts.LinkCopy Citation
For purposes of any of the disclosures required by this subtitle, interests held by a blind trust are not considered interests of the public servant making the statement if:
(1)
the blind trust is approved by the Ethics Board in accordance with rules and regulations adopted under <cite data-path="|8">this article</cite>; and
(2)
the blind trust is operated in compliance with those rules and regulations.
