The statement must include a schedule of each interest in real property that, at any time during the reporting period, was held by or, under <cite data-path="|8|§7-17">§ 7-17 {“Attributable interests”} of this subtitle</cite>, was attributable to the public servant, including each interest held in the name of a partnership, limited liability partnership, limited liability company, or other unincorporated entity in which an interest was held by or attributable to the public servant. For each interest subject to this section, the schedule must include:the nature of the property; the property’s location by street address, mailing address, or legal description; the nature and extent of the interest held, including any conditions to and encumbrances on the interest; the identity of each other person with an interest in the property; the date and manner in which the interest was acquired; the identity of the person from which the interest was acquired; if the interest was acquired by purchase, the nature and amount of the consideration given for the interest; if the interest was acquired in any other manner, the fair market value of the interest when acquired; if any interest was transferred, in whole or in part, at any time during the reporting period:a description of the interest transferred; the nature and amount of the consideration received for the interest; and the identity of the person to which the interest was transferred.
