## § 7-26 Family employed by City.

Balt., Md., Code art. 8, § 7-26 (2026)

(a) The statement must include a schedule of any spouse, parent, child, or sibling who was, at any time during the reporting period, employed by the City in any capacity.

(b) For each family member subject to this section, the schedule must include:

  (1) the individual’s name and relationship to the public servant; and

  (2) the agency and position in which the individual was employed.
