§ 9-8 Civil penalty.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Penalty authorized.
In an action brought under <cite data-path="|8|§9-6">§ 9-6 {“Petition to court”} of this subtitle</cite>, the court may impose a civil penalty of up to $1,000 for any violation of <cite data-path="|8">this article</cite>.
(b)Each day a separate offense.
For this purpose, each day on which a violation occurs is a separate offense.
