## § 9-17 Elected officials.

Balt., Md., Code art. 8, § 9-17 (2026)

If the Ethics Board finds that an elected official has violated a provision of <cite data-path="|8">this article</cite>, the Board must report its findings to the Mayor and the City Council for appropriate action.
