## § 1-4 Control of fire hydrants.

Balt., Md., Code art. 9, § 1-4 (2026)

On the occurrence of fires, the Chief of the Fire Department, or his assistants, shall have the use and control of any and all fire hydrants belonging to the City of Baltimore.
