## § 9-6 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 9, § 9-6 (2026)

(a) Any owner or operator who violates any provision of this subtitle or of a rule, regulation, or standard adopted under this subtitle is subject to a fine of up to $1,000.

(b) Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense.
