§ 10-212 Issuance.

Balt., Md., Code § 10-212 (2026)

The Office must issue the license if the applicant:

(1)

meets the requirements of this Part II; and

(2)

shows the willingness and ability to comply with the requirements of this title and the rules and regulations adopted under it.
