§ 10-216 Prohibited conduct.

Balt., Md., Code § 10-216 (2026)

No person may operate any facility subject to this Part II in violation of:

(1)

any condition imposed on the facility’s license; or

(2)

any provision of this title or of a rule or regulation adopted under this title.
