§ 10-410 Animals as prizes or inducements.LinkCopy Citation
No person may give away or offer to give away any live animal:
(1)
as a prize for or as an inducement to enter any contest, game, or other competition;
(2)
as an inducement to enter a place of amusement; or
(3)
as an incentive to enter into any business agreement.
