§ 10-411 Molesting birds.

Balt., Md., Code § 10-411 (2026)

No person may:

(1)

kill, injure, molest, or attempt to kill, injure, or molest, in any way, any bird; or

(2)

destroy, remove, or attempt to destroy or remove, any box placed in any tree or other suitable place in the City for the use of these birds.
