## § 10-503 Nuisances prohibited.

Balt., Md., Code § 10-503 (2026)

(a) No person may keep or maintain any animal in the City in a manner that:

  (1) causes or permits it to be a public nuisance animal; or

  (2) causes or permits the animal to cause a public nuisance condition.

(b) No person may keep or maintain any animal in the City in a manner that disturbs the health, safety, or welfare of any person.
