§ 10-902 Exemptions.LinkCopy Citation
This subtitle does not apply to any horse that is:
(1)
in the custody of a zoological park or its agents or contractors, if the zoological park is licensed under this title and regulated by a Maryland or federal agency;
(2)
in a laboratory where scientific research is carried out under regulation of a Maryland or federal agency; or
(3)
regulated by the Maryland Racing Commission.
