The Office must issue a driving license to the applicant if:the applicant qualifies for the license; and pays the required fee. The driving license must contain:the licensee’s full legal name, current address, date of birth, sex, height, weight, and eye, skin, and hair colors; and a clear, full-face, head-and-shoulders photograph of the driver that:was taken within the preceding 12 months; and measures 1¼" by 1¼".
