## § 10-922 Driving under the influence.

Balt., Md., Code § 10-922 (2026)

No one may ride, lead, control, drive, work, exhibit, handle, care for, maintain, or supervise any horse while:

(1) intoxicated;

(2) under the influence of any intoxicating beverage or substance; or

(3) under the influence of any drugs.
