Subject to the hearing provisions of Title 2, Subtitle 3 {“Administrative Hearings”} of <cite data-path="|health">this article</cite>, the Commissioner of Health may suspend or revoke any license issued under this subtitle if the licensee: has withheld or falsified any information; or neglects, refuses, or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of:this subtitle; or a rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle.
