Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each offense. Each person to whom a tobacco product is distributed constitutes a separate offense. City Code, 1976/83, art. 11, §284(d) Ord. 99-548
