This subtitle does not apply to: the sale of tobacco products or electronic smoking devices from a vending machine that complies with all requirements of State Business Regulation Article, Title 16, Subtitle 3A; or an establishment that:sells tobacco products or electronic smoking devices exclusively or primarily; and makes bona fide efforts to prevent minors from entering the establishment.
