## § 12-701 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code § 12-701 (2026)

(a) In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Vendor truck” has the meaning stated in City Code <cite data-path="|15|§17-1">Article 15, § 17-1 {“Definitions”}</cite>.

(c) “Smoke” has the meaning stated in <cite data-path="|health|§12-101">§ 12-101 {“Definitions”} of this title</cite>.
