## § 14-107 Registration.

Balt., Md., Code § 14-107 (2026)

(a)

  (1) Except as specified in paragraph (2) of this subsection, every person engaged in the business of selling ammunition must apply to the Commissioner of Health for a “Protections of Minors” registration.

  (2) This section does not apply to a person who is licensed under State Code <cite data-path="|27|§443">Article 27, § 443</cite> as a regulated firearms dealer.

(b) The registration must:

  (1) be on the form that the Commissioner provides;

  (2) contain the information that the Commissioner requires; and

  (3) be supplemented within 30 days of any change in the information submitted.

(c) Registration fees are as follows:

  (1) Initial registration of business – $10.

  (2) Supplementation of information – $5.
