Except as specified in paragraph (2) of this subsection, every person engaged in the business of selling ammunition must apply to the Commissioner of Health for a “Protections of Minors” registration. This section does not apply to a person who is licensed under State Code <cite data-path="|27|§443">Article 27, § 443</cite> as a regulated firearms dealer. The registration must:be on the form that the Commissioner provides; contain the information that the Commissioner requires; and be supplemented within 30 days of any change in the information submitted.
