## § 14-108 Notices.

Balt., Md., Code § 14-108 (2026)

Every person engaged in the business of selling ammunition must post conspicuously in that person’s place of business a notice of:

(1) the prohibition in <cite data-path="|health|§14-103">§ 14-103 of this title</cite> against the transfer of ammunition to minors; and

(2) the requirement in <cite data-path="|health|§14-105">§ 14-105 of this title</cite> for age verification.
