## § 18-101 Burials.

Balt., Md., Code § 18-101 (2026)

(a) Every grave dug in any cemetery or burial ground must be at least 4' 6" deep.

(b) Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each offense.
