## § 2-103 Deputies, assistants, etc.

Balt., Md., Code § 2-103 (2026)

(a) The Commissioner may appoint deputies, assistants, professional employees, and other officers and employees as provided in the Ordinance of Estimates.

(b) While on duty, all officers and employees of the Department must have and, on request, display official identification denoting their employment.
