## § 3-604 Rules and regulations.

Balt., Md., Code § 3-604 (2026)

Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act B Regulations”} of the City General Provisions Article, the Commissioner of the Baltimore City Health Department may adopt rules and regulations to carry out this subtitle.
