## § 4-611 Inspections required.

Balt., Md., Code § 4-611 (2026)

(a) Every 2 years, the Health Commissioner shall test all activated water fountains at each of 10 randomly-selected public schools.

(b) Testing shall be conducted at the expense of the Baltimore City School System.
