## § 4-701 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code § 4-701 (2026)

(a) In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Suspect symptoms” means those symptoms that, by rule or regulation adopted under <cite data-path="|health|§2-106">§ 2-106 of this article</cite>, the Commissioner designates as being indicative of a possible biological terrorist attack.
