## § 4-702 In general.

Balt., Md., Code § 4-702 (2026)

(a) Unless the Commissioner’s rules or regulations specify otherwise, each report required by this subtitle must be made daily for all events occurring within the preceding 24 hours.

(b) Each report required by this subtitle must be made electronically, by a method and in the form the Commissioner’s rules or regulations specify.

(c) Each report required by this subtitle must contain:

  (1) all of the information specified in this subtitle for that report; and

  (2) all other information that the Commissioner requires by rule or regulation.
