## § 4-705 School absences.

Balt., Md., Code § 4-705 (2026)

(a) The Baltimore City Public School System must report to the Commissioner on all elementary school absences.

(b) In addition to any other information required by rule or regulation, the report must specify for each reporting period:

  (1) the aggregate percentage of absences Citywide; and

  (2) the percentage of absences by grade.
