The Baltimore City Community Health Centers must report to the Commissioner on all patients who evidence suspect symptoms. In addition to any other information required by rule or regulation, the report must specify for each reporting period:the aggregate number of patients subject to the report; and for each of these patients, the specific suspect symptom or symptoms identified.
