## § 4-901 Violation a misdemeanor.

Balt., Md., Code § 4-901 (2026)

Except as otherwise specified in this title, any person who violates any provision of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to the penalties provided in this subtitle.
