## § 4-903 Failure to vaccinate: $500.

Balt., Md., Code § 4-903 (2026)

The penalty for a violation of <cite data-path="|health|§4-503">§ 4-503 {“Parental responsibility”} of this title</cite> is a fine of not more than $500 for each offense.
