Balt., Md., Code § 5-403 (2026)

The warning required by this subtitle must:

(1)

appear in a conspicuous place on the paint’s immediate container;

(2)

form an integral part of the printed label on that container; and

(3)

be printed in letters that are legible and that conspicuously contrast with any other printing on the container.
