§ 6-204 Issuance of license.

Balt., Md., Code § 6-204 (2026)

The Commissioner must issue a license to the applicant if:

(1)

the requirements of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations have been met; and

(2)

the applicant pays the applicable annual fee.
