## § 6-403 Annual license fees.

Balt., Md., Code § 6-403 (2026)

Subject to § 6-404 {“Reduced fee for certain tax exempt entities”} and <cite data-path="|health|§6-405">§ 6-405 {“Waived fee for certain day care centers”} of this subtitle</cite>, the annual license fee for each class of food service facility is as set from time to time by the Commissioner, with the approval of the City Council.
