§ 7-210 License fees.

Balt., Md., Code § 7-210 (2026)

(a)In general.

The fees to be charged under this subtitle are as set by the Commissioner, with the approval of the Board of Estimates.

(b)Differentials.

The fees so set:

(1)

must include a pro rated differential for 90-day licenses; and

(2)

may include an appropriate differential for small haulers.
