## § 7-210 License fees.

Balt., Md., Code § 7-210 (2026)

(a) The fees to be charged under this subtitle are as set by the Commissioner, with the approval of the Board of Estimates.

(b) The fees so set:

  (1) must include a pro rated differential for 90-day licenses; and

  (2) may include an appropriate differential for small haulers.
