## § 7-215 Suspension or revocation after conviction.

Balt., Md., Code § 7-215 (2026)

Subject to the hearing provisions of Title 2, Subtitle 3 {“Administrative Hearings”} of <cite data-path="|health">this article</cite>, the Commissioner may suspend or revoke the license of any licensee who is convicted of a violation of:

(1) this subtitle;

(2) any rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle; or

(3) any other law involving the handling or disposition of waste.
