Subject to the hearing provisions of Title 2, Subtitle 3 {“Administrative Hearings”} of <cite data-path="|health">this article</cite>, the Commissioner may suspend or revoke the license of any licensee who is convicted of a violation of: this subtitle; any rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle; or any other law involving the handling or disposition of waste.
