## § 7-222 Daily log.

Balt., Md., Code § 7-222 (2026)

(a) The driver of any vehicle being used under a hauler’s license must keep a daily log that includes, for each collection of solid waste:

  (1) the location from which the waste is collected;

  (2) the general nature of the solid waste;

  (3) the name of the customer from whom the waste is collected; and

  (4) when, where, and how the waste was disposed of.

(b) The licensee must permit the Commissioner to inspect this log at any time during regular business hours.
