§ 7-408 Issuance of license.

Balt., Md., Code § 7-408 (2026)

The Commissioner must issue a license to the applicant if:

(1)

the Commissioner approves the engineering plan;

(2)

the applicant has complied with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; and

(3)

the applicant pays the applicable fee.
