## § 7-409 Term and renewal of license.

Balt., Md., Code § 7-409 (2026)

(a) Unless sooner suspended or revoked, a license expires annually on the anniversary of its effective date.

(b) Before a license expires, the licensee periodically may renew the license for an additional 1-year term, if the licensee:

  (1) otherwise is entitled to a license;

  (2) submits a renewal application to the Commissioner, in the form that the Commissioner requires; and

  (3) pays the applicable renewal fee.
