Unless sooner suspended or revoked, a license expires annually on the anniversary of its effective date. Before a license expires, the licensee periodically may renew the license for an additional 1-year term, if the licensee:otherwise is entitled to a license; submits a renewal application to the Commissioner, in the form that the Commissioner requires; and pays the applicable renewal fee.
