§ 8-102 Commissioner’s powers.

The Commissioner of Health may undertake surveys, investigations, studies, and like activities to determine the condition of the air in the City and how best to improve that condition.

In the rules and regulations that the Commissioner adopts under <cite data-path="|health|§2-106">§ 2-106 {“Rules and regulations”} of this article</cite>, the Commissioner may set emission standards and adopt procedures for implementing and enforcing those standards.
