## § 8-203 Open burning prohibited.

Balt., Md., Code § 8-203 (2026)

Except as specified in <cite data-path="|health|§8-204">§ 8-204 {“Exceptions”} of this subtitle</cite>, no person may permit or carry on any open burning of waste.
