## § 8-303 Rules and regulations.

Balt., Md., Code § 8-303 (2026)

(a) Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act B Regulations”} of the City General Provisions Article, the Baltimore City Health Department or another City entity tasked with enforcement of this subtitle, shall adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this subtitle and <cite data-path="health|§8-402">§ 8-402</cite> of this title.

(b) The rules and regulations adopted by the Baltimore City Health Department under this section shall include an affidavit form a witness shall use to submit a complaint under <cite data-path="health|§8-402">§ 8-402</cite> of this title.
