## § 9-212 Notice of violation.

Balt., Md., Code § 9-212 (2026)

(a) If the Commissioner of Health believes that any provision of this subtitle has been violated, the Commissioner may issue a written notice to the alleged violator.

(b) The notice must:

  (i) specify the nature and facts of the violation, including the dB(A) readings noted and the time and place of their detection; and

  (ii) order corrective action to be taken within the time the Commissioner specifies.
