## § 9-218 Penalties: $1,000.

Balt., Md., Code § 9-218 (2026)

(a) Any person who neglects, refuses, or otherwise fails to comply with a notice issued under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 for each offense.

(b) Each day a violation continues is a separate offense.
