## § 9-307 Prohibited conduct —parents or guardians of minors.

Balt., Md., Code § 9-307 (2026)

A parent or guardian may not knowingly permit a minor for whom the parent or guardian is responsible to violate <cite data-path="|health|§9-306">§ 9-306 {“Prohibited conduct — in general”} of this subtitle</cite>.
